Location and cleanliness

Hardly "luxury." Quite basic. Terrible pillows.

Instructions sent weren't great as the keypad was actually on the door handle and not to the right as given, managed to set off the alarm trying to get in! It also said free parking but when I got there all the street's needed a parking permit, when I phoned I was told I hadn't told them I was driving! Perhaps that should have been in the early instructions? Anyway I found a parking permit on the table in the living room and used that. Room was comfy, if not luxurious, table with the kettle on was very wobbly and probably not great to boil your kettle on. Bathroom was smart although the basin was small and leaning over it to brush my teeth I did bump my head a couple of times on the cabinet above it! But on the plus it was very close to anfield stadium which was the reason for my visit.

Location was very very good. the reply response from staff was good on booking.com. The rooms were clean. The room was a nice size. There was a complimentary small chocolate bar. There are nearby cafe and shops and not far from city centre :)

The parking is street parking outdise so if its busy you're out of luck. The mattresses were uncomfortable the pillows were very uncomfortable. the bathroom door had a squeak which was VERY loud and when one of us needed a drink/the loo in the night it woke the other up, could not fill kettle from sink had to use cups to transfer water. If the price was cheap it would not be a problem but near 300 for 2 nights, our room was not quite luxury.

Terrible service. Advertise parking, but could not get in contact with anyone at the hotel to arrange this (as it is just on street parking so requires a permit). Wasted half an hour trying to get in contact with someone, who advised they would ask someone to call me to arrange - this never happened. Lock box did not work, only managed to get into the property due to luck as the door was left open. Extremely overpriced. Would never consider staying here again, I'd advise anyone to give it a miss.

Love the proximity to Anfield and there are several pub & dining options within a short walk.

The shower & vanity are tiny. I’m a big guy and had to squeeze to get thru the sliding glass shower door. The beds are also small and not very comfy. Overall, the place was spotless, convenient and the staff were very responsive.

The perfect place to stay when going to watch a game at Anfield. You could still see the stadium from outside the entrance. Great proximity to local pubs for before and after the game. Overall great experience. The room was very spacious as well!

If I am being really critical, the bed wasn't the most comfortable (although nowhere near the worst I have experienced elsewhere). There was also a fire alarm fault beeping throughout the night but these things happen and are there for your safety so understandably you'd rather have it in than not.
