Please note that Hotel Elbiente can not be reached by car. Guests arriving by car are advised to park on the other side of the River Elbe and take the ferry, which runs daily from 05:00 until 00:00. Guests arriving by car should enter Kurort Rathen Train Station into their satellite navigation system. Guests are welcome to opt out of room cleaning and a towel change.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "Einer der besten Kurzurlaube die wir bisher hatten ."

Die Lage des Hotels ist wunderschön mit Ausblick zur Elbe . Die Zimmer groß , modern und sauber . WC und Dusche großzügig und getrennt . Frühstück war umfangreich und lecker . Der Check In ohne Personal problemlos . Sekt-Empfang haben wir auch gerne angenommen . Wir kommen gerne wieder .

Das Abend-Büffet war nicht so unser Ding . Alle Zahlungen bargeldlos im Ristorante ist bei Familie manchmal ungünstig .

Blick auf den Fluss

Kein persönlicher Empfang, check in und out über Schlüsselkasten. Kontakt zum Hotel nur online. Keine Broschüren zu Wanderrouten. Hotel nur über Fähre zu erreichen - am Pfingstwochenende mit tausenden Menschen sehr stressig. An allen Tagen das gleiche Frühstück und am Abend keine Abwechslung am Büffet. Wellnessbereich zwar vielfältig, aber zu eng und keine Trennung zwischen textilfreiem Sauna- und Poolbereich.

Schön das wir schon etwas eher ins Zimmer durften. Buffet war sehr lecker &reichlich wurde immer wieder nachgelegt. Am Abend hätte ich gern zu dem Brot vielleicht etwas Käse oder Wurst gewünscht. Für die, die kein warmes essen wollten. Super Lage einfach herrlich, dieser Ausblick einfach toll

Personal am Abend, es wurde ein Cocktail to go bestellt, kam in einem Plastikbecher ohne Strohhalm. Habe nochmal gefragt ob es denn keine Möglichkeit gibt mir einen Strohhalm zu geben, da man den sonst schlecht trinken könnte ... Wurde sich einfach umgedreht &verzog das Gesicht. Nicht toll Das Kartenlesegerät ging nur nach Lust &Laune anscheinend. TV Sender alle durcheinander, Zimmer etwas veraltet. etwas dreckig &kaputte Bettwäsche war drauf (Bettlaken hatte Löcher) Matratze etwas durchgelegen für ein 4 Sterne Hotel Wussten nicht ob Spa mit drin war, etwas unübersichtlich in der Email/ Beschreibung aber das nur Kleinigkeiten zur Anmerkung

Tolles Konzept aus unternehmerischer Sicht.

Wir haben uns rundherum sehr wohl gefühlt: Ein großzügiges Zimmer, ein schönerWellness-Bereich, und vor allem das tolle und umfangreiche Frühstück. Alles perfekt, vielen Dank.
