"Overall Good With A Few Snafus"

The cleanliness, and efficiency kitchen were nice. Easy access to shopping, the hospital, and restaurants.

I booked a King room, along with what was listed as a full kitchen by booking.com. We live a paleo/organic/low sodium lifestyle for health reasons. It was important to have a full kitchen during our stay. We checked into the hotel and got into our room to find that we were placed in a Queen room, and there was no stove. They were able to switch us to a King room, and gave us a counter top burner. So in regards to the room, they made it right. They said booking.com had the full kitchen listing incorrect, and they were notifying them about changing it. For the next year we will be traveling 2.5 hours from home to Byron Center for medical appointments for my husband, every three months. We would stay at Home2Suites in Byron Center again if a hotel with a full kitchen was not available in the area.

Clean, comfortable and perfect for one overnight stay. The breakfast was just slightly above average which I view the average as "not great" (had bacon - rare). Convenient for Grand Rapids area. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

"Great Experience!"

Everything was in perfect condition. Rooms are huge annd very comfortable. Only stayed one night, in town for an event. Our event was downtown GR only 15 minutes away and this hotel so much cheaper than downtown GR. New hotel built in 2022 and everything still looks brand new. We arrived early and were able to checkin immediately. Very friendly staff. No complaints whatsoever.
