La situation

Notre chambre vue mer était au Rez de chaussée avec tout le personnel qui passait devant à partir de 7h du matin Aucune intimité

The staff was excellent

All the staff and owners were super friendly, always greeting me and very polite. The pool was beautiful, lovely area in the sun, I understood they are going through a little refurbishment but it didn’t disturb my stay there.

It was really unfortunate that there was leak coming from my toilet (dirty water all over the bathroom floor and towel mat), maintenance came quickly and fixed it but there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom for all 4 nights, I just kept the door closed. The shower only let out boiling hot water, the cold setting either trickled out or just stopped, I ended up washing my hair under the “foot tap”. There was no bin in my room or bathroom and the kettle didn’t fit the sockets, apart from the one next to the bed but it didn’t work anyway. So no tea or coffee which was a shame. The staff were really nice so it was a shame, maybe I just got a room that needs some attention but personally, I would have moved the guest to a different room after the leaking toilet.

Odlična lokacija, osebje prijazno, v resortu bazen in bar, moznost masaz...

Kot marsikje v Afriki, pogoste redukcije elektrike in internetnega signala...nepopolne informacije v sobi (vendar pa na voljo v recepciji). Zajtrk na voljo kot moznost izbire preko menija na mizah in samopostrezni del, sploh sadja in pijac (kava, caj, sokovi)-pogresala sem pa sirso izbiro sadja (na voljo mango, ananas, obcasno banane, obcasno lubenica, obcasno pasijonka in obcasno lichi...glede na lokacijo, sem pricakovala vec nabora sadja in manjkala mi je moznost izbora dodatne kolicine hrane iz menija (kljub omenjenemu moznemu doplacilu, ni bilo mogoce dobiti dvojne kolicine ocvrtih jajc).

la posizione davvero ottima, il centro è raggiungibile in 10 minuti a piedi. Inoltre, la gentilezza del personale sempre sorridente (come d'altronde tutto il popolo zanzibarino) non ha eguali.

Anche se abbiamo mangiato lì una volta sola, la cena non è stata di nostro gradimento. Inoltre, è vero che la lentezza è una prerogativa del luogo, ma in una struttura che ospita turisti i tempi di attesa per i servizi di ristorazione devono essere ragionevoli. 20 minuti per due caffè in un periodo di bassa stagione è un tantino eccessivo.

Sincèrement rien à dire tout était parfait

El personal es muy amable y atento siempre. El desayuno te lo hacen caliente al momento a parte del buffet y la comida está buenísima, tienes desde platos swahilis hasta pizzas y hamburguesas. Hubo un día que estuve mal de la tripa por comer fuera y me prepararon comida fuera de carta. Les pedimos ayuda desde nuestro país para reservar el safari a Mikumi y nos lo gestionaron, lo pagamos al llegar al hotel. Tienen otras muchas actividades por toda la isla.

Están ampliando el resort, porque ya ha terminado la temporada de lluvia y están de obra. Pero no te enteras apenas.
