Luxury 2 Bed Room Lake View Apt Bowness Parking

Great location, clean and well equipped.

Only down no wardrobe in the twin bedroom or place to sit at mirror, not a massive issue as drawers but just nowhere to hang clothes.

Lovely warm apartment. Central to all the shops and pubs. A short walk to the lake. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. Excellent.

A slight problem with the internet going down whilst watching tv, but nothing major.

I cannot rate this property highly enough! It is situated smack-bang in the middle of Bowness with about half a dozen restaurants within 20m and dozens within 200m. It had everything we could have wanted by way of facilities and appliances and then nice little touch’s such as tea/coffee/biscuits and even a selection of books and boardgames to while away the rainy lake district afternoons, if necessary. If you are in need of anything else, there is a late night co-op just next door! Parking was private and secure and the apartment was a great size, easily big enough for a family getaway. The owner was extremely helpful and got in touch before our stay to give us all of the info we needed to gain access and operate the systems (heating, tv, etc). My wife and I loved this place and hope to use it again in the not-to-distant future.

The steps are a little steep, so probably not ideal for the infirm.

very minor issue - toilet door was little hard - but the owner is very responsive!! will go out of the way to make your stay comfortable!!!

location and parking

very noisy, difficult to find and wasn’t cleaned from previous holiday makers. This was sorted within 30 minutes but we had to vacate the property for an hour and half for the cleaners to do there job which ruined our evening! we were compensated for this but still it wasn’t acceptable.

It is very convenient to reach the Bowness Bay.

It is a little bit noisy at night from the cars traveling.

Apartment was spotless, very comfortable and well appointed with everything that could possibly be required for a break with family. Also the location of the property was so central with shops, restaurants and pubs on the doorstep. Very pleased with our stay.

There was nothing I could find fault with at this property.

The property was great central to shops so close to the lake 5–7 mins walk we had great weather so spent most of our time out but accommodation was comfortable and well equipped I was with my husband daughter and son-in-law and we had a great time together and the restaurants were fabulous would definitely recommend and the owner was very helpful
