"Muy mala experiencia"

Lo único bueno es la ubicación,frente a la playa

Hotel con nada de mantencion ,piscina en mala condiciones ,toallas viejas ,desayuno muy pobre no tenían ni endulzante cocina en muy mal estado se veía hasta con falta de limpieza ,relación precio calidad totalmente equivocada .

"Trato desagradable hacia los clientes"

Estaba enfrente de la playa

El personal no fue nada agradable ni tuvo empatía, tuvimos problemas en la habitación con varios insectos (cucarachas, mosquitos, luciérnagas….) fuimos a recepción para ver si había alguna solución y la encargada nos respondió de malas maneras y no nos resolvió nada.

Las instalaciones son buenas

Estaba limpio pero los paños en mal estado gastados, no limpian las habitaciones mientras uno este hospedado, no cambian los paños, no recogen el basurero, un rollo de papel higiénico solamente, el desayuno es una vergüenza no hay donde escoger ….
