Kass Diamond Resort

My one-day stay at Kass Land Resort was truly a pleasant experience from start to finish. The journey itself, driving a rented car through breathtaking scenery on the way to the resort, set the tone for a beautiful day ahead. The resort is perfectly located, surrounded by stunning natural views. I stayed in a well-appointed room with a small balcony overlooking the Diamond Bridge, which added a touch of magic to the stay. The lobby was tastefully furnished, reflecting excellent quality and design. There were plenty of activities to enjoy — walking across the Diamond Bridge to the canyon area, trying the cable bike for a burst of adrenaline, and exploring the nearby go-kart track. Although the water activities were closed due to the season, the available options were more than enough to make the day exciting. The resort complex also includes an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room, all very clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh choices — so many that it was hard to decide what to try first! I also had the Khachapuri at the Diamond Restaurant, which was unforgettable. If there’s one point for improvement, it would be the reception staff, who could benefit from more professionalism and better English communication skills. Overall, it was an excellent experience — a perfect blend of adventure, comfort, and relaxation. I would definitely recommend Kass Land Resort for anyone visiting Georgia.

בלילה הראשון לא היו מים חמים במקלחת. ביקשנו להחליף חדר ולא איפשרו לנו. היה קשוח להתקלח ב 7 מעלות במים פחות מפושרים. בגלל מזג האוויר הקר שום מתקן לא היה אפשרי וזה היה מאכזב

מקום מקסים אבל כדי להנות ממנו ומהמתקנים צריך להגיע בקיץ

Its was really big experience, i was so stupid that i took biggest room around 235 square meters, paid around 1500 eur for one night, our adventure started very early because check in took around a hour. During that time i was already angry and i saw a bar so i decided to get whole bottle of jack daniels, not possible because they didnt know how to count for whole bottle, in the menu was only 50ml for 10 lari so i had to do math for them 10 lari x 50ml x 10 because bottle was 500ml. That was absurd - i didnt mension that english was on lowest possible level. In the room we had jacuzi - didnt work so i asked a guy to make it running and he said - 5 min, it was like 5pm, jacuzi didnt have water or electricity so i didnt believe it will work. My wife said i dont give a f… and they have to make it running. They did it but it was after midnight - really. In the meantime we order dinner from hotel restaurant - they bring it in plastic bags in plastic conteiners, it was from local bar - not even from restaurant. My wife took a picture go to the reception and lady told her that its not possible and pictures are fabricated. Check opinions from 2024 and 2023 - its well described :). If you want to order orange juce 1 liter you wont be able - whisky case :), i had to order 5 glasses because they didnt know how much 1 liter should cost. Beside that air condition wasnt working, we had 3 bathroms but only one had working sewer system, in other two water un the shower stay for whole night. What else… no really speaking english staff even in the reception, during checkout lady said wait a moment because we have to check the room so i said what ??? Lady replied that they have to check if we didnt left any personal belongings, very very weird, after 39min i saw lady coming with check list - 5 towels - checked, toilet paper - checked etc, it was something :) never ever again in this place even for 100 eur per night. For all - olease read other comments to prove my point

מיקום מדהים. מלון חדש ויפה, חדרים מרווחים, מזרון נוח. צוות מדהים ובריכה וספא נהדרים. ארוחת בוקר טעימה מאוד.

במסעדה הכשרה הישיבה היא בחוץ. ירד גשם והיה קר. לא נהנינו בשל הקור מהארוחה. המסעדה השנייה מחוץ למתחם, ליד גשר היהלום מה שמאלץ לצאת מהמלון. לא נוח.

חדרים נקיים, שרות טוב, ממליץ בחום

המזגן לא הכי חזק, אבל זה לא חשוב ממש

המקום חדש ויפה, מושקע מבחינת התשתיות והמתקנים הגשר מרשים מאד, מסלול הליכה יפה, מתקנים , אחלה מסלול קארטינג

המיקום קצת בעייתי, אין הרבה מה לעשות באיזור, במיוחד ללא רכב חלק מהצוות לא יודע אנגלית. התעקשו לא לאפשר לנו שימוש בבריכה ובספא אחרי הצק-אאוט בזמן שהמתנו להסעה חזרה - מאכזב ולא ברור

חדרים גדולים . בריכה מקורה מפנקת. נפתחו אטרקציות חדשות במתחם. קארטינג ופארק מים. מאוד נקי ומסודר.
