3340 Duval Rd N-Van

Rarely post reviews but I feel I have to in this case. The location was nice near the Lynn Valley Park annd hiking trails . But Incorrect information on the posting . It’s a basement with no windows. Beds were full size and not Queen size. No Soap in the bathroom except a previously used soap cake . Very noisy at night because owners were running vacuum and some motor and walking around mostly into wee hours which caused a lot of noise for the unit and we were not able to sleep. Also water pressure was really low and one morning we didn’t have water for a while in the shower. It’s not a proper kitchen but appliances were provided which needed cleaning before use. There was a damp smell in the unit . But the owner responded to txts quickly
