This is, I believe, my 3rd review of this stay. Briefly, the whole interaction with Southern was awful. I previously explained, in detail, why I felt this way and have not heard back from Expedia or Southern, so am not going to list the numerous problems I had again. Unit needs updated. Tired looking and stained furniture. Amenities at resort were great. Location on beach was perfect.

The condo was nice. Good location, quiet area. Distance to beach was adequate, free transportation available on request to and from beach area. Checkin and checkout times were not good. Check in at 4 pm and check out at 9 am.
