Le personnel était souriant et disait quelques mots en français (Bonjour, merci, ...) Il y avait une grande piscine

La chambre donne directement sur une piscine et sur le restaurant de l'hôtel en face donc tout le monde te voit quand tu es dans la chambre. La porte de la chambre en mauvais état, l'eau de la douche passe sous la vitre (il n'y avait pas de joint) et donc il y a plein d'eau en dehors jusqu'aux toilettes qui sont trempées... Le carrelage glissait et comme il pleuvait ce n'était pas du tout adapté. Le restaurant est un buffet moyen où on se sert en bas et on mange en haut donc il faut prendre l'escalier extérieur avec sa nourriture et quand il pleut c'est assez périlleux entre le carrelage glissant et toute l'eau de pluie qui tombe dans la nourriture... Les équipements étaient tous vétustes ou cassés : Tout était en mauvaise état : Billard déformé avec des boules manquantes et les queues cassées ainsi que le tapis abimé et en pente, raquettes cassées de ping pong, cible du jeu de fléchette cassé aussi donc en fait il n'y avait rien en bon état dans l'espace "jeu". Petite salle de sports en mauvais état également et qui ressemble à un aquarium où il fait une chaleur insoutenable et tout le monde peut te regarder pendant ta séance, j'y suis resté 2min vu que tout était cassé et que de toute façon c'était une fournaise où on transpire même sans faire de sport. Pour aller à la plage depuis l'hôtel on s'est fait aborder de très nombreuses fois en nous proposant de la drogue, c'est même difficile de circuler jusqu'à la plage... donc je me pose aussi des questions sur ce quartier...

We had a really lovely stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The staff were incredibly friendly and approachable throughout our visit, with a special mention to Ibrahim at reception, who was always smiling and happy to help with anything we needed. The overall atmosphere in the hotel was very pleasant and relaxing, making it easy to unwind and enjoy our time there. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a well-sized bathroom that added to the convenience. We also really enjoyed the large swimming pools, which offered plenty of space to relax without ever feeling crowded. The restaurant provided a good variety of dishes, and from what we tried, the quality of the food was consistently very good.

While there were some positive aspects to our stay, there are a few areas that we feel need improvement. The inside swimming pool area was a concern, as there were several sharp edges and broken tiles, which could pose a safety risk and should be addressed as a priority. The gym facilities were also quite disappointing. The equipment felt outdated and not fit for purpose, and the flooring was unstable, making it potentially unsafe. In addition, there was no air conditioning, which made it very uncomfortable and at times almost impossible to work out during warmer parts of the day. Lastly, the variety and quality of the fruit offered at breakfast did not meet expectations and could be improved. We hope these points are taken into consideration, as addressing them would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.

Otel çok temizdi. Çalışanlar çok güleryüzlü. Konumu denize ve restoranlara çok yakın. Biz çok memnun kaldık.

Gece ucusundan geldiğimiz için ekstra oda verdiler ve ücret aldılar. Bir de kahvaltı seçenek azdı ama fiyat performansına göre iyi.
