The condo is well laid out and was clean. You have everything you need on arrival and very little to do on exit.
Clean rooms and friendly staff
USUSLoved the beach, the condo is spacious, but has mold in the bathroom and I feel like the owners should have fixed that issue and thought about the health of the tenants. It has a small elevator so helpful if you really need it since it’s on the second or third floor.
We visited in July. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. You have to cross the street, but it’s not too far of a walk. Bring your own chairs and umbrella because most of them were broken, I am not too sure if they check them after their tenants leave. The condo has lots of space and it’s beautiful, but it has mold in the bathroom, no one told us about and I felt sick. There are also no blinds in the living room so we had no privacy and felt like everyone was watching us. The beds in two rooms were very comfy, but the room that is build out of a closet I guess, technically it’s not a room because it didn’t have a closet! The bed in that per se room was uncomfortable. It would have been nice if the host had told us that the unit has mold and there are no blinds because it’s a spacious condo with potential. When I contacted the host about the blinds he said he would bring someone to help and they never did. I contacted them again and I was just being pushed from his wife and him (I am assuming). They also had their water heater turned off so when we arrived there we couldn’t take a shower. I contacted them for half a day and no one came to help us, thankfully my husband figured out what happened and we were able to take a shower after waiting for the water to heat up. On the last night, the power turned out because of the weather, the host did not let us know when the power will be back or if we needed anything, so we were packing in the dark and also just called and asked the locals. We love Anna Maria Island and always have a great time, but it was just one of hopefully never to happen again. The doors to the balcony also don’t lock!
USThis property is managed by fraud. Ongoing construction roof renovation. No warning that will be ongoing construction during the stay. Ignore request to move to a different property.

Storage access very bad,we never have the chairs available!!! The restrooms on swimming pool always was locked.

Our toilet ran the entire time. I reported it but wasn’t fixed. It was loud and had to had to shut door and put sound machine to drown out noise.

CAThe unit was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, lots of space for our family of five. We have been to Bradenton Beach Club several times and we love it, 2 warm pools and a hot tub, close to restaurants and Bridge St.
USThe location was excellent. The apartment was clean, bright, comfortable and extremely well equipped. The management company was friendly, helpful and very responsive.
