Location

The ceiling in the bathroom leaked ( from the upstairs apartment) . Door to access the terrace felt highly insecure .

It was spacious and the beds were comfortable. One out of two staff were helpful. River views were lovely

It was noisy, hot (91 Fahrenheit when we arrived) and dirty, old empty cans of Red Bulls in cupboards for instance. Lots of stairs which was not good for my Dad who was traveling with us and it was not obvious from the description.

The location was quite noisy

The owner met us upon arrival, showed us the door code, then left us to make ourselves at home. Maybe I hadn't read the description properly but the property was over 3 floors, which was amazing! Everything was clean and comforting, and it was a perfect location in the centre of Leamington Spa.

There was a lot of noise from the bar downstairs, it didn't bother us but maybe something to be aware of if you can't sleep through noise.

Location was brilliant

No communication on how to get access to the property. It should be made clear that you need to go to the bar below to get access. Rubbish was left from the previous occupants in the kitchen cupboards and a knife was found in a bedside table....
