"Exceptional"

We chose this place for the location, self catering option, access to walkable restaurants, quiet neighbourhood to stroll around and 1 minute from beach for snorkeling , walking, kayaking. It had all of that. The owners responded so well to any questions and actioned everything immediately- they also spent time with us going through ideas and giving us invaluable advice too.

"Ideal spot on the coral coast"

Beautiful pool overlooking the ocean surrounded by palm trees. The location is great- across the road from the beach, restaurants near by and close to tour options. Staff were very friendly and kind. Rooms very clean and comfortable. We loved having the kitchen to cook breakfast and have a coffee. We had a very peaceful stay!

Excellent location and activities. Kaila Na Ua is peaceful and quiet and has a boutique feel, which was perfect for us. Beautiful view and we enjoyed dining on the deck. Beautiful pool. Friendly, helpful staff. Would stay again.

"Lovely property - would return again"

Lovely staff - very accommodating and helped arrange transport. Room was tidy with mini kitchenette

Shower door leaked and toilet seat did not fit the toilet

"Could have been better!"

Staff were lovely, close to restaurants and provided us with a safe taxi driver. If going to book I would suggest swimming pool suites, not amazing but better than other rooms that are more expensive.

Wifi was terrible in the deluxe suite and it also smelt damp from poor ventilation.

"Stay was nice but could of been better"

Big room ,very clean, the host was nice

No breakfast option was available , the internet was very poor and hardly even working for our phones , no tv in the room and no hot water for shower.
