Localização nos atendeu, região bonita e a hospedagem fica em um lugar agradável.

O quarto não estava totalmente limpo, mesas, bancadas e alguns lugares com banheiro nitidamente com poeira. Wifi regular. Tivemos um problema com a maçaneta com senha e tivemos que contactar o anfitrião para abrir remotamente pra gente (nao sou maior fã de checkin remoto).

The location was convenient and check-in was relatively simple, but unfortunately that’s about the only positive aspect of the stay.

The apartment was extremely dirty from the moment we arrived. We had to spend time cleaning ourselves just to feel comfortable staying there. There was dust everywhere, the walls were scratched and damaged, and all the stainless steel accessories in the bathroom were rusty. Even the bathroom radiator was covered in dust, when we placed a towel on it to dry, the towel became dirty immediately. The overall hygiene and maintenance standards were very disappointing. I would not stay here again, even if it were free.

onsite secure parking, location for walking to cafes and center, beautiful trees on property, easy and flexible entry and exit with mobile app. extended time to park in the driveway was fantastic for exploring for the day. responsive chat function in app for any problems. good AC. comfortable and spacious.

wifi wasn't working and netflix didn't work in the twin bedroom. unable to resolve in the overnight we were there but it was okay. also, although we had no problems at all with the mobile app, just know that if your phone isn't working or the app glitches, it could get tricky very fast.

Nothing. It was filthy, it smelled and had black mold.

The black mold smell hits you when you enter. But since we put our bags in the room and sat on the beds, we received no refund after being in the room for 20 minutes. We locaded the black mold several places, and the room and bathroom was filthy with hairs on the bathroom floor.

La ville de Bologne est très jolie. Il y a beaucoup de boutiques et d'arcade. C'est sympa, l'hôtel n'est pas très loin du centre.

Malgré un signalement le mois dernier et les assurances de la direction prétendant que le problème était résolu, j'ai été piqué par des punaises de lit. (Sur les photos, vous voyez les piqûres avec des traits autour pour voir si d'autres réapparaissent au cas ou nos traitements n aient pas fonctionné) Il est inacceptable qu'un tel manque d'hygiène persiste après avoir été officiellement alerté. A fuir! D autre part, la qualité des équipements et la propreté laisse à désirer.
