First of all this hotel is very racist just because they saw that we are Muslims they told us that the hotel does not accept foreigners at all. The receptionist thought that we do not understand Hindi so he made a call to the owner and told him that these are Muslims

Even after making the part payment before travel, the hotel denied us any rooms. Me , my wife, kid and senior citizen parents reached hotel at midnight 12 AM. The hotel had already given our rooms to some one else. I have to roam around Jaipur with my family to hunt for a new property until 3 AM in the morning. A day before travel I had checked with booking.com and they had confirmed that the rooms were booked for us. I had even checked with the hotel, a day before the travel, they had also confirmed that the rooms were booked for us. Me and my family faced a terrible time just because the Hotel LD prime gave our rooms to some on else. my rating for this hotel is minus 100 out of 10. Terrible hotel management.

The rooms was spacious Good spacious rooms. very cooperative and well behaved staffs. Staying here was really enjoyable.

Staff was good. Room was large Check-in was superfast. The staff was very helpful and accommodating.

It's not aloud for non indians to stay here! Although I had sent some messages beforehand, in which I also said we are from Holland, they didn't notice until we wanted to check in ... It's a fisgrace! It should not be on Booking!!

The food quality and taste is really nice and the staff was friendly and polite. The stay is a true value for money and it exceeded beyond expectations. Locality is also fine.

Good staff behaviour and good location

Room are very much small and dirty. Bedsheet was not clean and wet also. Staff didn't change it after arrival to the room. Place, room and staff all are zero.
