It is the best hostel in San Jose with the best location. The people are amazing and they feel like going home. The location is in the center with immediate access to everything from galleries to breakfast and dinner places.

La ubicacion me encanto, ademas es un lugar muy tranquilo y relajante. La compania del gato y del perro hacen de la estancia un moment aun mejor. Los voluntarios son muy simpaticos y atentos, responden a tus preguntas y te ayudan. Volveré encantada ahi :)

La chambre simple mais climatisé, l emplacement. Le personnel accueillant au premier abord.

De l humidité dans la chambre. Le bruit non pas venant de l'extérieur mais des résidents dans la salle de réception. Certains confondent un bar avec un hôtel. De plus le staff n'a rien fait pour arranger les choses et les consignes pourtant écrites sur la porte n'ont pas été respectées. Une demande polie a 22h45 alors que le Staff est présent jusqu'à 00h00 n'a pas eu d'effet. Le bruit a fini par cesser vers 00h20, dur. Et de nouveau du bruit dans la nuit et a partir de 7h.Le matin un membre de l équipe nous a ignoré alors que nous attendions pour partir et récupérer notre caution. Bref si vous voulez dormir, évitez ce lieu.
