Fripp island is a wonderful place I've been many times. This is the first time I've rented a place there and it didn't go as planned. No pool no key to house or golf cart.

We were told our trip included golf cart(must have) and we had a private pool. We called and spoke to three different people with y'all and they all gave me this info. When we got there, we called and the guy told us he would help but no help. I had to rent a golf cart from fripp rentals and they did all the explaining of our amenity card. That we could use the pools and he was not sure about the golf cart at the rental but I could in using the card rent one from them. That was the only reason we stayed. Customer care is poor, the place is great.
