The location, the grounds like the villa and the pool.

The amenities were lacking. No AC for the first 3 nights, didn't replace coffee mugs after we used them. No hot water in one of the bathrooms.

This is my fifth time staying at Hanaya Ubud, and at this point, I genuinely can’t imagine staying anywhere else when I’m in Ubud. From the moment I arrive, it feels less like a villa and more like coming home. Everything about this place is special—the peaceful vibes, the perfect location, and most of all, the people. The hosts and staff are truly amazing: warm, kind, and incredibly easy to talk to. They make you feel welcome in such a natural way, always ready to help while respecting your space. You’re not treated like just another guest here; you’re treated like family.

The green of the rice the trees everything so soothing to the eye beautiful. The villa was lovely with attention to detail superb. The staff were wonderful especially Mr Wayan the jfarmer. He took the time to share the spiritual side of the garden

There was limited space on road so walking outside of the hotel a bit worrying but once accomplished other food venues available

Wunderschönes Häuschen. Man hat alles was man braucht. Garten sehr schön gemacht, Infinity Pooll. Insgesamt alles super.
