Bersih,kemas,staff yang sangat baik dan sentiasa manis dengan senyuman. Lokasi yang sangat strategik berdekatan dengan pasaraya besar dan tempat-tempat bersejarah yang lain. Bilik yang bersesuaian dengan family. Makanan yang sedap untuk sarapan pagi. paling suka lontong berkuah dan nasi lemak.

Breakfast was good—there weren’t a lot of choices, but there was plenty of food and everything tasted great. The staff and security were always attentive. Even when I stepped near the main hall, a guard was already there to welcome me and open the door. I did encounter some noise because the room opposite had a group of noisy teenage girls. I requested a room change, and the staff handled it very professionally—they brought me to another room to view it first and asked for my feedback before confirming the switch.

It would be great to have EV charging facilities at the hotel to encourage more EV owners to stay here. While there are a few charging stations nearby, nothing beats the convenience of being able to charge your car directly at the hotel during your stay. Maybe a better queen bed haha wife complain when i move the bed shakes haha.

Rooms were good size.

The change of traffic direction over the weekends requires a bit of planning for driving to the hotel.

The hotel was situated at a quiet corner opposite a school. There’s free parking (not sheltered) right in front of the hotel and watched by the guards, who by the way, were very friendly. The room was also spacious. From the hotel, its about 10 mins short walk to Jonker or about 15 mins walk to Hatten Square / Mahkota Parade Mall. The food at the restaurant tasted good! On the 2nd day, they offered semi ala-carte buffet, which was limited in variety but i thought it helped prevent food wastages. On weekends, they offered buffet spread when there were more guests around.

The aircon compressor outside the room (205) was quite noisy, especially when the fan is spinning.

Mycket bekvämt och trevligt hotell med vänlig personal. Allt var toppen!!

Très bel hôtel avec un staff attentionné. Les chambres sont confortables, grandes et bien équipées. L'hôtel est bien entretenu. Le sauna est apprécié et la piscine agréable (un peu fraîche en cette saison)
