ESWayan was extremely helpful and very responsive at all times. Everyday cleaning. The villa is in a nice area of Ubud, with cool cafes and restaurants near by, and still in a very quiet area with a well maintained small pool. I would definetely go back.

GBEasy check in with Wayan who came to clean the property every day and on hand via WhatsApp regularly for any problems - not that we had any! Good facilities and lovely stay with private pool. Good location to centre of ubud - could be walking distance but due to weather we got taxis. Plenty of taxis nearby happy to take us.

The location. These 500 metres to walk to the villa IS a huge problem, especially in the dark and with the rain. The street has no lights, it is extremely uneven, full of holes in unexpected places and very slippery. Scooters everywhere.
GBWayan was an incredible host and this was a lovely, private sanctuary with easy walking distance or moto to central ubud. The bed was very comfy and the pool was spectacular, it was so hard to leave this wonderful place.
BNThe place was clean. Very good service by Wayan. Amazing to have a villa to ourselves and a private pool. Bathroom was nice. And the kitchen good.
Location was good but too far from the main road. Need a motorcycle to go there.
