Friendly Staff Went above and beyond to make stay nice

The 50.00 room charge added to my credit card, but should be refunded the hotel said.

Clean

The room was exceptionally large. The beds were super comfortable. There was no noise from outside businesses. We felt safe.

I almost put my finger through a slot where there was no button for the right elevator. There should have been something put over the hole. Also, there were hairs in the shower.

Room was not cleaned daily! And i had to ask for cleaning when i needed it. The walls were paper thin and i could hear everything on rooms next to me. Restaurant on site didn’t have good service!

No cleaning on rooms daily! I could hear a lot of noise through the walls of my room. Didn’t have clean towels every day. It was very expensive and didn’t satisfy my expectations

The mattress and pillows might have been the worst I have ever attempted to sleep on/with. A very hard mattress. If that is your thing, more power to you. Felt like laying on a sheet of plywood.
