The staff was very friendly and attentive.

I think the food quality wasn’t that good. The sausage patties were worse than fast food. The potatoes seem like they came right out of a bag no taste. And the scrambled eggs were very watery.

Breakfast was great and the attendant that you had there was very attentive to everyone there and it was a really busy morning - the food was good as well only complaint is that the eggs looked like they may have been powdered.

I loved the gentleman that checked us in. He was very friendly-always greeted us and was super professional.

We requested an early check-in only if it was do-able. As previously mentioned, the gentleman checked me in since my room was ready-but the second room for my other family members was not. The manager (i believe) made it her business to reprimand our check in rep in front of a group of people, which I thought was extremely unprofessional and rude and left a lasting impression. as aforementioned, we know how hotels work and the check in process, our inquiry was solely based on availability-we were not making demands.
