Naxian Memories Apartments

The apartment was beautiful and the little kitchenette was so handy. You could tell it was newly built and I loved the pretty decorations!:) The room was so big and spacious and there was a small private balcony to sit on to enjoy the free coffee you get in the room. The location is a decent walk from the main harbour but we didn't mind getting the extra steps in. There is a busy road nearby but I think the noise got blocked out pretty well when all the windows were closed.

On one of the days we decided to hike up Mount Zas but we didn't have a day bag with us to carry water bottles etc. So we could have a backpack for our hike, I emptied out my carry-on backpack. This meant I took out all my clothes from the bag and had them organised on the floor (under the desk, out of the way) and folded up into piles so that I could put them straight bag in my bag in the same order at the end of the day. I thought it was weird that when we came back, the cleaner had picked up all my clothes and refolded them and put them in the drawers. I think they meant well but it meant I had to re-organise them to put back in my bag. Maybe other people might find this nice but I felt uncomfortable having someone go through my clothes?:/ Also on checkout day, an hour before the checkout time, the cleaner came and knocked on the door, but as we were getting the key to unlock the door and saying "Sorry, just one moment", they just let themselves in. Lucky we were dressed as we were in the middle of packing/getting ready for they day. Then we had to tell her she was an hour early and asked her to come back after we'd checked out. I just thought that was a little strange. But overall the apartment was amazing and they let us store our luggage in their office when the ferry was delayed.

Highly recommend. Very modern and new. Little kitchenette. Kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, Was nice to receive extras, coffee, jam, butter, honey, water, juice, cracker toast. Host and staff excellent. Able to stay longer in the room until we were ready to leave for port. Would definitely return.

Beautiful place Very good location

Luxurious new spacious room. Fridge but no sink. Lovely shower room. Hostess met us at ferry. Queen size bed was amazing. Big supermarket a few yards away

Next to small busy at times main road. Lovely big impractical balcony open to public view and next to main road. Rooms at back would not face road and they face an attractive courtyard.
