Casa WAU

No sense of hospitality at all from this owner/ manager. Super cheap on toilet paper - refused to bring one extra roll, no other paper (tissues or paper towels provided). NOT clean - toothpaste stains and hair in bathroom, old coffee grinds still in coffeemaker, huge cobwebs in corners of ceilings. Bed made with only a sheet and pillow shams with broken zipper, no pillowcases, no mattress or pillow protectors (gross), the comforter was shoved in a closet with hair all over it (gross). Wall sconce over bed broken, no full-length mirror, not one single hook in the bathroom, sheers only on windows so no privacy where people walk right by, and street/ alley lamp shines brightly through window at night. (see photo from 3am). Place might look cute at first glance, but avoid, avoid, avoid. Very disappointing.

Mostly good and great response from room managers to request for help getting luggage up and down 3 floors ! Building is not accessible for taxi dropoff, so long delay waiting for help to find building..great location though Needs more details to help find.

Beautiful property that blends in so nice with the old town of Rovinj. Really cute, clean and super convenient.

We loved everything

Host was very kind, communication and check-in very smooth. The apartment is very nice, clean and well equipped also for several nights. Good location, calm street in the oldtown but right next to the shopping street. We enjoyed our stay here very much.

The property is extremely well located, at the heart of the city center and close to many restaurants. The apartment is cozy and charming.

Very minor things. Since we did use the kitchen, it could be a bit better equipped. There were 8 small plates but only 3 knives, one of them still in the dishwasher (which was great having there)! The A/C was an important feature but made a bit of noise at night.
