Great resort, wonderful pools, gym and sauna. Breakfast was good and the host responsive. The host even supplied an air fryer. Free WiFi all around the resort.

The host was very responsive to fix our issues below. One bathroom window didn't have a handle to close it, which let in a few mosquitos. Wifi in the apartment wasn't working which caused a few issues, but we logged on to a neighbouring room. This is only the second time I have stayed somewhere and been charged for electricity. 10 % Electricity fee is included. R$ 117.26 This seemed excessive for 3 days as almost as much as my husbands monthly bill in Sao Paulo. I think it would be more transparent to add an amount to the cost of the room. The only other place had us take a reading at start and end and send so we only paid for what we used.

O apartamento é bom, porém já merece reformas, depurador não funciona, micro ondas com defeito e sua moldura caindo, ar-condicionado sujo e sem limpeza dos filtros. O condomínio está bem conservado, a limpeza da piscina fica a desejar tinha muitas folhas. O restaurante do condomínio é muito ruim, o estacionamento é amplo com várias vagas adicionais.

The apartment is ok, but we had an ssue when checkin in. The host forgot to tell the condo that his apartment was receiving us as guests. We asked to the front desk to call the host and confirm our stay. Disappointing.
