Eco Inn

It was very cozy and comfortable. As a female solo traveler, I felt very safe. Bed and pillows were very soft and good. I was supposed to stay just 2 nights however i ended up staying 5 nights. And Sultan and Lola (their dogs) made my stay even better. 😻 Eric and his team was very helpful and nice. I would definitely suggest this place.

This is a very nice property, off the beaten path, so to speak. It’s an old but well maintained building with lots of character. If you want down-to-earth, basic necessities, this inn has them. Good location, safe, clean, extremely helpful staff and a modest breakfast is included. Its convenient location in the downtown means that there is a fair bit of traffic noise but it didn’t really affect our sleep or experience. I would stay here again if visiting Cusco another time.

Location

1. The dogs of the hotel attacked a random dog and owner on the street. The woman from the hotel didn’t do anything even though we and the attacked guy was screaming for help. Later on the hotel blamed us for the attack. We didn’t even know there were dogs and they didn’t tell us not to open the gate when the dogs were in the garden. 2. Room and bathroom was not properly cleaned. We could still see the towels and dirty toilet paper from the previous guests. Not hygienic at all. 3. We both got a salmonella infection after staying in this hotel, which was probably from the breakfast since the eggs where not well cooked. Pick another hotel in Cusco since there are many options!!

Great stay at the Victorian era home which has been turned into a sort of boutique hotel. I enjoyed my time at the place. They had flexible check in and check out for a few. Only gripe was that the bathroom was not attached and required a separate key. Also, they charge for small things like an extra egg at breakfast while discounting the fact that I didn't have breakfast for 2 out of 7 days.

Friendly and helpful staff. Room was big enough, shower was hot although only warm between 06.00-10.00. they had a luggage storage room we were allowed to use and we are super thankful for. Can't go wrong with this place. Ps. There were some cute doggies there too :-).

Shower only hot between certain times. This is annoying when you arrive after a long journey and want to take a quick shower to freshen up.

Very accommodating hotel, allowed us to store our luggage there while trekking, good breakfast, good water pressure, enough blankets cause the room was a bit cold, loved the fast laundry service and adored the two cute dogs on the property :)

I wish that the drainage in our shower worked better, but that's a common problem in Peru.

Close to the city Centre. Cheap. Decent breakfast. Beds are veeeery comfy with 2 kinds of pillows. The people working there are beautiful people. I'd go back!

The propriety was clean and the staff were nice and helpful.

Location wise is like 15 min walk from the plaça de armas. The place is quite loud at night so you should wear earplugs if you are a light sleeper.
