The location is very close to the famous shopping center of Pondy Bazar which is at 5 minutes walk. The hotel environment is quiet as it is not in the busy center of Tnagar. The staff are very polite and very helpful even for late night checkout.
The hotel is a very good property in terms of room space, facilities like TV, Aircon etc. Some improvements can be done in terms of having some rooms fitted with confortable mattresses and not spring mattresses. The bathroom can be fitted with a handshower which is more practical than only the ceiling shower. The breakfast menu can be improved.This will help to attract clients from a wider market. Closer attention to some small details as it will really make the clients comfortable.
