Villa Vesta - Kalamata Mediterranean Villas

Good value. The apartment we stayed in was clean, modern, warm and comfortable. It has a washing machine too. About a 10 minute walk to the old town and close to numerous restaurants.

The steep spiral stairs to the second level would not suit a person with any mobility issues and you do need to be careful coming down with luggage. Not the fault of the owners but all of the one way streets can make it a bit tricky to get there (especially since google maps tries to send you the wrong way up some streets).

The terrace is amazing and the apartment is cozy. The location is perfect, in the middle of the town so you can go to the beach or the old town by foot. The heating worked perfectly (early january) and the apartment has everything you need. We enjoyed sitting in the kitchen (although small) because of door letting light in.

There were just a few things why our stay was not as comfortable. The bed was too soft, we could not sleep well. The living room has no window. And as it was january of course we would also spend time inside the apartment, and without a window and with the low ceiling it felt cramped. And the air refreshing unit made noise all the time. So sitting there was not so comfortable. But what bothered us the most was the fact that the washing facility is on your terrace and it is shared with other guest from the apartment below. So your terrace is not really private and people can come up unexpectedly. Unfortunately our downstairs neighbours did laundry every single day during our 4 day stay and they hang their clothes to dry on our terrace.

Very friendly and helpful host. Lovely apartment with balcony, great bathrooms and showers, fully equipped kitchen.

The apartment really nice - it included a small living room, separate bedroom and a small kitchen stocked with everything needed for a stay where one just wants to enjoy themself. The person that greeted us was very helpful, ready to answer all of our questions and give advice about making plans for our stay. The whole customer experience was guest oriented to make sure we had a satisfying stay. I really appreciated the "care for the environment" approach, using sustainable sources for everything, from cleaning products to energy supply and air filters. The beds were extra confy.
