"Absolutely Frustrated and absolutely disappointed that my suit bag has not been recovered."

Hotel is nice... no questioning that.

I left my Suit Bag in my room and I cannot believe it is not being recovered. It is inconceivable how the suit was not recovered from the room I stayed. I called the day after I checked out?

"THE BEST IN BOCA, PERIOD"

I booked a single night at The Tower following my wedding at the venue The Addison. I'm practically disappointed that I couldn't spend more time enjoying all the amenities and just the overall atmosphere here. I could write a book of why The Tower is the cream of the crop in Boca. EVERYTHING was 10/10.

Had a one week stay at the Boca Raton. Overall good with some exceptions, notably housekeeping and bellman. Housekeeping never came before 5 pm. Bellman and butler were largely unresponsive. In room dining was average in quality and overpriced. It aspires to greatness but isn’t quite there in terms of service. While the rooms have been updated in the tower the elevators are old and i need of replacement.
