Rude staff at the reception and low value for money. Overvalue as 5 stars. It is more likely a 3 star horel.

I stayed 3 nights. I did notice the smell mentioned in the reviews before I booked. Only one person mentioned it. I Booked it anyhow. I figured when I got there that it’s probably the vent (I stayed on the 7th floor) cause it only smelled when the vent in the bathroom was on. I did report it to front desk at checkout and I was assured it will be looked into. Otherwise, Friendly and helpful staff. Facility is nice. The breakfast/branch was great. Felt very safe. I liked the roof top restaurant with sunset view but didn’t get to enjoy it. Will surely stay there next visit and will definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Was excellent, great staff, lovely food, lovey massage.

The rooms were extremely clean and very cold perfect because it's very hot and humid outside they have a wonderful restaurant and excellent breakfast the staff was very attentive I will definitely be staying here and I will be recommending everybody.

Here's the sticker cause I really wanted to give this place a 5 star rating. The owner doesn't care about customer care and satisfaction. They have a restaurant but I was denied room service except for ordering salads when it was made known to the owner I was very sick and needed rest.I thought I had covid and found out I didn't have covid but pneumonia. He was more concerned about food in the room then the safety and welfare of others in the establishment by wanting me to go to the restaurant and exposing others to pneumonia..I have never experienced such actions ever I mean ever from any hotel chain or owner.He also tends to provide far better service to his Korean quests .Perhaps because the owners are korean.I make this statement because they have new vans they use to transport .If your not Korean you must get a local taxi .If you're Korean your transported in these new vans.I seen this my entire stay there and I myself had to get a local taxi to take me to the hospital a few times there..Grounds are beautiful .Staff were phenomenal,Food was delicious,Clean accommodations. Owner destroyed any and all the good things this establish offers.In New York we call owners like him a dirtbag.Stay far away from this resort if you aren't Korean like the owner.And if you do stay here pray you don't get sick and can't go to the restaurant..He will starve you!!!!

the staff were lovely. beds were big and comfortable. bathroom was clean. the rooftop had a good varied menu.

the location was random and isolated. not many bars / restaurants nearby without walking through very dark, quite uncomfortable roads.
