Beds are comfortable and the outdoor facilities are well kept.

The place was without hit water first. When I inquired about, it was half a day before anyone attended to it. Then, the water goes out completely. We had NO RUNNING WATER! We traveled with children and this was completely unacceptable. We also paid over $1000 for 2 nights and two rooms, and no compensation was even offered for the inconvenience.

It is a very nice place for the price. It is Mexico and most of the guests are Mexican. It is in the middle of nowhere. So if this is your vibe, a great place.

Not the first time staying here however, this time around it was not as pleasant as the first time we stayed there. I love the pool for the kids, the free wifi and how nice and clean the rooms are. I enjoy the coffee provided and microwave with it’s small fridge.

No water running and on top of that no hot water.
