Не очень удобное расположение относительно общественных и развлекательных мест.

the view is beautiful, the property looks exactly like the photos, and the beach is only a few steps away. there is a small market that has basic items and we enjoyed an afternoon cocktail at the restaurant near the property. you can also rent a boat at the beach to take out for a few hours

we liked everything but you do need a car if staying at the property. there really isn’t anything walkable except for a small market, and restaurant that closes at 6pm.

We loved everything about the villa, the photos did not do it justice. The beach was at our doorstep and we could have breakfast on the beach daily

Villa was excellent with good pool and easy access to the beach and sea. 20 minute walk to nearest restaurants and shops so consider hiring car. Communication with host very good for organising airport transfer car hire etc.

Modern, elegant and comfortable villa for 8 people with fantastic view, giving from the first minute a great chillout feeling. Well equiped, good beds, high quality air conditonning, even very good cosmetics, nice swimming pool area, even diverse concierge services (we didn't use them, because we had a short stay). Very small shop nearby. Additionnaly - the beach is just downstairs - what can you need more 🙃 and... a tasty greek welcome pack. Very small shop nearby.

Just as information for guests - access to the villa,like it is often in Crete - for good drivers ⛰️better take automatic car 🫣 In fact 2 bedrooms are on lower level - but it is inevitable due to villa placement on rocks. Just better to know - for us it wasn't an issue.

+ The place is suitable for a group of people, who want to chill and stay away from the noise of the city + New accommodation with new luxury furniture and a nice pool with an amazing view of the sea + The host is very kind, friendly, easy going and it was very comfortable and easy to communicate with her + We had to make a late check-in, due to the fact our flight got late, and the host waited for us at night, so she could open the villa for us and show us around. (Many thanks for that) + The host offers you many extra chargeable services, which could be very comfortable and useful for some people, especially for those who do not have a car (cleaning during the accommodation, shopping, massages, renting boats, and many other services) + Despite all the negative aspects that I mentioned, I would book this Villa again and I would recommend it to other people

- Need to pay money for the chairs on the beach - Need to pay extra money for extra insurance for the house (around 35€) - After I booked the villa through Booking, I received several emails from the host in order to complete the reservation. I had to create an account on their website, fill out some forms, and send some copies of my ID, etc. - On our first night at the villa, the water sinks in the showers were clumped. After I contacted the host, they came on the next day and repaired it. (Thank you, a lot, for the quick service) - You definitely need a car to move around, because there is nothing around - The closet supermarket is 5 minutes away by car, but the prices are expensive (instead you can drive 20 min by car to Lidl, which is located in the city of Heraklion) - There are apparently 2 ways to get to the villa. On our way to the villa from Chania, we took a shortcut road that goes throw a mountain. The road was very narrow and dangerous. I highly recommend you to avoid that road. Instead, you can take an asphalt road, which goes throw Heraklion back to Chania. - We had to pay 50€ extra for late check-out (instead of 11 O’clock we checked out at 14 O’clock) – the host justified that extra payment by telling us that she needed more cleaning personnel in order to clean the villa on time and make it ready for the next guest. It is somehow understandable, however, I still wanted to mention it here for other guests. - It is not allowed to grill on the villa, which I found too bad.

More flexibility on check out time would be useful. Most places will allow extensions for later flights if the room/ property is not being used that night. As outside peak time a number of villas were not let at time
