არჩევანი გავაკეთეთ ამ სასტუმროზე რადგან ქონდა ბასეინი , სამწუხაროდ სარემონტო სამუშაოების გამო არ მუშაობდა სპა ცენტრი , რაზეც ინფორმირებულები არ ვიყავით .

Panagia Premier Trabzon Hotel’de eşimle birlikte 3 gün konakladık ve her şeyden çok memnun kaldık. Odamız son derece konforlu, temiz ve modern döşenmişti. Otelin genel hizmet kalitesi gerçekten beklentilerimizin üzerindeydi. Hem resepsiyon ekibi hem de tüm personel her konuda çok yardımcı, güler yüzlü ve profesyoneldi. Kahvaltı özellikle mükemmeldi—çeşitlilik, tazelik ve lezzet açısından kusursuzdu. Restoran ekibinin hizmeti ise ayrıca takdire şayandı. Başta Soner Bey ve Salkyn Hanım olmak üzere tüm restoran çalışanları çok nazik, ilgili ve hızlıydı. Misafirlerle tek tek ilgilenmeleri, her detayı düşünmeleri ve sıcak yaklaşımları konaklamamızı daha da keyifli hale getirdi. Kısacası, hem hizmet kalitesi hem de misafirperverlik açısından mükemmel bir otel. Trabzon’a yolu düşen herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederiz!

Son derece temiz, çalışanlar gayet ilgili, fiyat fayda dengesi gayet güzel bir otel. Konumu da iyi. Kahvaltısı da çeşitli bol ve lezzetli. Odadaki filtre kahve makinesi ayrıntısı gayet başarılı.Tavsiye ediyorum.
