"Good, but..."

Everything is clean, and thoughtfully provided

Inconsiderate staff talking to 2 lads on our doorstep, if I wanted to hear this I would have booked a holiday next to a pub. Perhaps they could have cut the convo short, or considered others? Not a great start to a relaxing break.
