We stayed three days at Mileo and then moved to another 5-star boutique hotel in Mykonos. Although both belong to the same category, the difference in quality was striking. It is, without a doubt, where we have experienced the best service in our entire life of traveling across the globe — from Los Angeles and San Diego to Paris, London, and Madrid, from Nairobi to Sydney, Perth, Shanghai, Kuala Lumpur, and Singapore. If there is one thing that sometimes affected the atmosphere, it was not related to the hotel or its staff, but rather to some guests. At times we encountered noisy behavior or a lack of consideration for others. Of course, everyone comes to enjoy themselves, and if some people feel good by showing off or seeking attention, that is understandable — yet it is worth mentioning for those who value a quieter environment.

The staff is absolutely amazing! Beyond friendly, warm, polite and helpful. The hotel is what it is due to the people who work there. From the Italian gentleman at the Reception to the wonderful guy that coordinated the bar, these interactions made our stay great although Mykonos is definitely not an island for families.
