Pula center rooms

We stayed 2 nights in this delightful little place and we enjoyed it very much. The rooms are small but very clean and have everything you need. The location is perfect - close to the old town, the market, the marina,restaurants etc. But what makes it really outstanding is the staff. We arrived very late as the plane was delayed, but we were still greeted with a warm smile. The breakfast is superb and Kristina makes sure you will have as much as you need..and more. There were 6 of us staying and we were all treated like old friends. They will recommend things to do and places to see if you want and tell you how to get to the best beaches and eat like a local.

Location very nice in the city centre. Personnel nice and helpful. Convenient for a short staying as all major interesting places are at walking distance. Rooms clean and well maintained in this old historical building. Bathroom ok. Comfortable mattress. No elevator for the three floors rooms. Parking in a former cinema just in front of the hotel entrance. Breakfast not so enthusiastic and rich. Just ok.

Lovely place near many restaurants and centre. Room was spacious and bed comfortable, everything looked nice. Staff spoke good english and recommended us some places to vIsit. I was really satisfied and I recommend it further.

We enjoyed our stay at City Point. We arrived by bus and left in a taxi to pick up a hire car at the edge of the city. Not hard to find. Location: excellent, if you want to enjoy the Roman town centre. Room: perfectly good, hostel style. Not luxury hotel. Clean and pleasant with good a/c. WiFi good. Service: friendly and helpful. Breakfast: good, fresh food. We ate well. Pricing: over the top for what it is. We paid not far less than for some much grander places, in equally sought-after towns.

This hotel is really close to town centar, like, walking distance to all city monuments. We had a parking space, you just have to ask for it in advance. I recommend to take a deal with breakfast in it, couse it’s awesome and great. Room is cleaned every day and all the towels are changed daily. All in all, we had perfect vacation and staff is welcoming, kind, always there to give help and advice!

Pula City Point Rooms has the best employees ever, they are all very kind, helpful, know min. of 2 foreign languages. Special regards to Nora hat helped us a lot! :) Accommodation is positioned perfectly, it close to restaurants and bars, to amphitheater (arena) of Pula & sea, parking is not a problem! Beside the fact that all of the employees are awesome, food is excellent and buffet is full of different delicatessen! Big thumbs up! :)

We arrived late due to flight delay but we were still welcomed warmly by Nora. We were on the third floor which was quite, very basic but clean which was exactly what we were looking for. There is no lift but of course the higher you are the more quite. The location is perfect dead centre and everything is in walking distance. The whole of Pula takes no more than 6 hours. They provided parking but we ore booked. Take the time to speak to Vanja the owner and her daughter Nora who will provide some great recommendations for Pula and the surrounding areas. Two minor comments 1) the blinds to do not shut so it gets light very early 2) we were in room 304 and it has a normal double which we are not used to and would have preferred a twin room in hind sight. Overall a very friendly family run clean hotel in an ideal local to meet your Pula needs

The staff was always smiling and went out of their way to help me out! We contacted via mobile first, and they sent me the location, bus routes and all the info needed to find them. Later on, they gave me tips on the best local restaurants and tips what to order. MORE THAN SATISFIED!! Location is perfect for sightseeing! Best stay so far!!

My 70 yr old mother and I stayed here for 3 nights in March and we could not fault the place. Ideal location near to the Old Town with bars and restaurants nearby. The male receptionist recommended restaurants to eat as well as places to visit. The room was clean and very comfortable with communal fridges on each floor where you could store food or some delicious Croatian wine. People have mentioned the stairs being a problem and there being no lift, well if a 70yr old can climb to the 3rd floor you have no excuse! Think of it as a gym pass for the day or an excuse to have a dessert at dinner. A special mention goes to the very cheery lady who hosts breakfast, always smiling and remembering everyone's coffee orders. You need someone with that positive outlook at the beginning of the day, especially if the weather isn't as great as you expected. The breakfast food is mainly cheese / cold meat selection, bread, pastries, random things, cereal and you can ask for an omelette. Would I stay there again, YES. Would I recommend, YES!

Things are well explained to you with the receptionist person in this down-town hotel but climbing the rooms are only accessible via the stairs - rooms are very basic, but clean, to the minimum standard
