the hotel is good, just like any other good hotel, nothing to justify the unbelievable price they charge. it is over priced. breakfast is very poor, they don't refill and again it is much over priced

"Hotel Indigo is a little piece of magic in the Galapagos"

Our stay at Hotel Indigo Galápagos was absolutely magical! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcome. The hotel is spotless, with beautiful modern interiors and incredibly comfortable accommodations that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The staff truly made our experience unforgettable. Paula was exceptional, she went above and beyond to help us book tours and made sure we had all the information we needed. The bartenders (and really, the entire team) were so friendly, always with a positive attitude that added to the warm atmosphere. Our room was a dream, overlooking the sea lions and offering the most breathtaking sunsets. The view alone made it the perfect spot, but being so close to everything we wanted to do made it even better. We can’t wait to come back to this little piece of paradise. Highly recommend!

"Amazing experience!! Gorgeous views and wonderful staff!"

Such an incredible stay! Our room had the most gorgeous view and we could see the sea lions from our balcony and had the best time just watching them! The service was amazing, especially Paula who helped us book 2 wonderful tours around the island! She was so helpful and really made our stay extra special. The entire staff was really kind and courteous. Absolutely amazing stay and would love to return!!
