"The hotel staff cheats customer"

The staff behavior was not good. The hotel charged me for two days but posted on booking.com as 1 day stay.

On the Booking.com it mentioned pay at the hotel, once booked Treebo cancelled because payment was not done. Such a desperate tactic used by Treebo to get reservations.

The stay was comfortable with great service and the staff were very friendly & helpful. Nice rooms and all the things were well organized. Neat & clean property. The property was easily located. Would love to visit again soon.

Excellent Experience. The lobby atmosphere was fantastic. The seating and walking area is excellent. The lounge was fascinating. The rooms are excellent and spotless. Very spacious toilet with a separate bathing area. I'd love to return...

Rooms are very good and clean, staff is also very polite and helpful specially front desk from reception who took great care of us. Excellent food and service. thank you very much for your support and service which you provided me at my stay, everyday was great with nice food. thanks again.

"Great Location"

Very nice location in Gomti Nagar near Sahara Hospital. Must stay in Gomti Nagar Lucknow. . Hospitality is top class. Food was excellent. Satyaprakash specially was very helpful and caring. It was an excellent stay and staff were extremely hospitable and friendly.
