Supersiisti asunto loistavalla sijainnilla lähellä rantaa ja palveluja, mutta kuitenkin rauhallisella sivukadulla. Erinomainen sänky ja hiljaisuus takasivat hyvät yöunet. Keittiöstä löytyi kaikki tarpeellinen, pyykinpesukone oli plussaa. Henkilökunta oli auttavainen, kohtelias ja mukava. Kylpyhuone tilava ja toimiva.

Asunnossa ei ole parveketta eikä näkymää ikkunoista ulos vaan talon sisälle kuilumaiseen tilaan, mistä syystä asunto on pimeä vuorokauden ympäri. Päivän sään saattoi siis tarkistaa vain käymällä alhaalla kadulla.
