Местоположението и нищо повече!!!

Нямаше комарници, а имаше безброй гадинки. Всичко беше потънало в паяжини, както в къщата така и пред нея на масата и столовете. Душът беше с къс маркуч и не се закрепяше на стойката. Бяхме заявили 4 гости, а дивана не беше разпънат и приготвен за спане. Бельото не беше изпрано. В 00,00 ч се включи пръскачката за тревата, която ни изкъпа докато си седяхме на масата, намокри ми се и компютъра от това. Явно не беше регулирана, защото пред дпугите апартаменти не пръскаше така. Интернета беше със скоростта на охлюв - както домашния, така и мобилния. За пръв път имам задължение да си мия чиниите и да си изхвърлям буклука, при условие че в цената предполагам си плащаме в цената. Изискването за миене на чинии не можеше да се изпълни само с едно малко шишенце препарат за измиване, поради което се наложи да купим цяла бутилка, а това които имаше беше като разфасовка шампоан за еднократно къпане.

Location is great.with direct access to the lake. Nice swimming pool. Airco. Super market across the street.private parking. Close to town center.

Many restrictions for families with restrictions. For instance, it is forbidden to play soccer in the garden. Dogs are forbidden but ducks are often swimming in the pool...The feeling that neighbours are constantly keeping an eye... WiFi is not good

The apartment has a direct access to the shared garden. The garden and the swimming pool are very nice, well kept and lake view!

We had a few problems to access the apartment, but the host supported promptly. The house was not perfectly cleaned, especially the sofa, bathroom and external table. With a few improvements the apartment could be very good!

The bathroom ventilation electrical cable runs through the shower. (Health and safety) The hairdryer is under the washbasin, where the water runs. If you close the washbasin, you can’t open it again, the water can’t go down. The toilet cover is too old, broken. There is mold in the shower. The internet speed is below 1 Mbps ( upload, download both) The connectors are old in the kitchen and in the bedroom. ( you need a converter. There is just one for the water boiler.) Bedroom connector has a contact problem near the bed. The agency is sending an extra contract and penalty list 5 pages outside of booking.com. The agency sending too many messages to clean up the kitchen, the dishes, and take the garbage out 200m from the apartment to the selective point. Despite the 110€ cleaning fee I had to clean the apartment as it was. ( we are very clean and non smoking persons we never leave mess in the apartments) In WhatsApp they say it is for the service only to change the bed sheets. There is no duvet and sheets in the apartment just summer, blankets. It is just like in a camping. The apartment and the service are maximum 3 star, with serious health and safety issues. It’s not 4 star at all. There is an old type of coffee Maschine but no coffee no tea bags, almost nothing. For 3 nights staying we received 4 mini soaps only. No mini shampoo, no mini shower gel, that’s a minimum requirement for a 4 star apartment… All of my statement has been documented and sending to Booking.com directly.
