Furnished balcony with a pleasant city view. Size of the property was more than enough for 1 couple. Generally decent facilities, e.g. TV with apps, aircon, kitchen, etc. Location was suitable for getting to the likes of Poetto beach, the Marina (a busy area with restaurants / bars) & the airport. Owner was friendly & helpful via WhatsApp.

Hot water ran out quite quickly, e.g. after 1 shower. A couple of electrical issues but they were easily resolved.
