Muy grata experiencia porque en estos tiempos si dan muchas sorpresas cuando llegas a un hotel que no te has hospedado amteriormente.... pero esta vez nos fue muy bien y no batalle nada con mi estacia.....excelente hotel

La calidad y servicio de restaurante es pésima. Los precios no tienen relación con la calidad (orden de tacos, con tortillas frías que se rompen al tomarlas), la cocina es lenta y su presentación muy malos. El buffet es mediocre. Ejemplo concreto: la preparación de una omellete y plato de frutas les toma entre 40 y 45 min 😳. Inaceptable para un hotel de este nivel. Las instalaciones y amenidades, son impecables y muy buenas, es lo único a disfrutar y su muy cómoda ubicación para viajes de trabajo. SHERATON a mejorar su servicio, calidad y productividad en cocina. Mi opinión es después de dos visitas en el mismo mes.
