So, we arrived in the evening, and when we entered, nothing had been cleaned. There was trash all over the apartment, the garbage bins were full, the bathroom was dirty, full of hair, and most importantly, the bed linen in the room hadn’t been changed. We immediately contacted the people who rent the apartment, and they told us that the cleaners hadn’t come. We asked if they could come now, and we would wait, but they refused to call them. Instead, they responded with stupid messages like 'we’re sorry that you have a problem' instead of apologizing. We didn’t dare sleep on the used bed linen – who knows what kind of infection could be possible. So, we practically didn’t sleep at all. We have everything documented and photographed, including the communication. We believe that we should receive compensation from the owner.

The first 2 days I had problem because I don't have the hair dryer..but after 2days them give to me..

I had a very bad experience at this apartment, I arrived around 8 pm in the evening ,in the lockbox, there was no key, and I was stuck outside until midnight ,the holidayzer number on what's app didn't work ,they never responded, they completely ignored my messages,I tried the other foreign numbers provided there was an Indian guy who answered whom I tried to explain the situation,they told me they can't find the key .luckily a stranger helped me out to make phone later on, he stopped answering the phone.i was locked out outside in a creepy area in another country.the Indian guy told me to cancel the reservation and get a refund in the middle of the night! Then he sent me to a hostel which looked like a homeless shelter with no Air at all,nasty ,filthy and unsafe.i walked out of there.the person on booking.com messages didn't even answer.in the end the apartment wasn't even clean I had to sleep on my towel. The sheets were dirty ,garbage everywhere ,the guest that arrived at the same time as me also complained ,but they didn't even care.nobody is answering for anything.!the cleaners came the next day ,they didn't even have a vacuum ,they spent 10 min and left .the water in the shower was cold .they holidayzer didn't even allow me to check out later after all the problems they put me through. They took the key from me at 10 am. when the check out is 11 am.qhat a horrendous experience.

Near city center, good communication, AC, good WiFi

Late check-in (at 3PM, you need to wait), no adapters for chargers, bathroom could be little bit cleaner (+ it was not enough to have one shared bathroom for many people), the rubbish bin was missing in the room, the bed was making noises everytime we moved, difficulty with opening the main door, not so much space in the room

Excellent location relative to the sea and the center, while the area is not noisy at all. Each room has an air conditioner, which makes it much easier to stay in Cyprus. Many household appliances are provided

Unfortunately, I was unlucky with my roommates, because of whom the bathroom was constantly dirty, even after cleaning(not host’s fault). The bathtub needs restoration. If you don't leave the window open, there is a very strong smell of dampness in the room. The door to the apartment often gets stuck
