Great sea and beach, beautiful and clean room. Good pool schedule — almost no noise at night. Gym open 24/7, steam room and changing rooms available until evening. Kids’ playroom is clean and cute, though the hotel isn’t child-focused. Some activities are complementary, some are paid extra

Staff not very responsive, food lacks variety. Important to know: drinks are not included — even water and tea at dinner are extra. “Eat well” concept not fully followed. Not enough sunbeds on the beach. Messaging via Booking.com is useless — we got a reply only after check-in. Outside food and beverages are not permitted

Don’t expect services, things move very slow, need to repeat multiple times to get things done

Exceptional service and very attentive staff.

- WiFi didn’t work properly in the room and the staff response to remedy this was poor and extremely slow. - Room was still not available at the hotel policy 3pm check in time and you had to keep bothering the staff to sort out a room for you to be checked into. - Didn’t return passport on check in and had to ask for it back multiple times because they’d seemingly misplaced it. - Hotel general use bathrooms across the resort didn’t have toilet roll or hand towels replaced. The list goes on. Extremely poor and shambolic and would not return.

The trash bin should relocate in the toilet or put extra bin near the flushable fixture.

The staffs were very nice and friendly, helping. It was very pleasant and relaxing to stay at the hotel. Everything was tidy and in good condition, well maintained. I would definitely love to visit again.
