Central Location - Contemporary 2 Bedroom Aptm

Modern, sleek, stylish, exceptionally appointed and oh so comfortable. The unit was easy to access, instructions and communication were perfect, the place was impeccably clean and beds so comfortable I had the best sleep of my entire vacation.

WARNING! - there is ‘NO view’ despite the shot of the spa on a balcony overlooking the lake. The property told me they had removed that deceiving photo but they haven’t. On the plus side, the unit is Clean and tidy. Well appointed kitchen. Comfy beds. Good bathrooms. Heated floors. Gas fire.

Despite a photo of a spa overlooking the lake - there is no spa (and that’s okay because the caption says you can hire one) - but particularly misleading is the view of the lake. There is NO VIEW. We told the property about our disappointment and they apologised and said that they’d removed the photo (and they use it on all their properties which I think is very deceiving/misleading). They haven’t removed the photo. It is very misleading despite the caption that the spa can be hired. It’s says nothing about the view and you certainly can’t hire that! We booked four nights here and were looking forward to drinks on the balcony overlooking the lake. But, There is no balcony and no lake. It is bit dungeon like actually although very clean and tidy. I was very disappointed with the property’s response to us seeking some sort of compensation or small partial refunded. They basically acknowledged the issue by saying they’d removed the photo (which they hadn’t) and said there was nothing they could do. Buyer beware if you want a lake view this ain’t the property for you.

What Breakfast? Liked the spacious layout and kitchen, plus the two bathrooms. Also enjoyed having off-street parking.

Couldn't get Sky channels and when querying the owner by text, including a reminder two days later - got NO reply. No tissues supplied either - but that was pretty minor.

This apartment is self catering so there was no food option. We walked into Queenstown and did some grocery shopping to buy breakfast options for our stay. This made the stay very economical. The apartment was very well appointed with a large kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. It had two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a nice outside area. The lounge area was large and comfortable. Access to the apartment was by a code provided a few days before we stayed.

The main TV in the lounge was an Apple TV that you had to set up a user name and password for in order to use. When doing this, it then it asked for credit card details, so we decided not to use it. Both bedrooms had a normal TV that could be used to watch local free to air channels.

Great space. 10mins walk down into town and the waterfront park (great for kids). Nice to have the few board games available for times in with the family.

Lovely location and less than 10 mins walk to various eateries like ferburger and a great mixture of international cousines etc . Beautiful, warm , cosy home with quiet surroundings, and the home is well equipped with all necessities for the entire family .Very thoughtful host with great initiatives to create a very comfortable stay for the guest .
