Geluid. Alsof er geen ramen waren en je in de kroeg staat. Incl vuilnismannen en glasbak. Er liggen wel oordoppen naast je bed :)

Estuve anteriormente (hace tres años) y creo recordar que tenía detalles que ahora no tiene: mejores toallas, albornoces, más utensilios en el menaje de cocina. Alguna cortina no cerraba bien así como una de las ventanas. Había una temperatura más bien fría y no conseguimos que el aire saliera caliente para hacer un poco más agradable la estancia así que optamos por desconectarlo. En fin, son pequeños detalles que hacen necesaria una revisión para su mantenimiento para que el apartamento siga con los estándares de calidad que tenía antes. Estuve en el apartamento 2 B.

The overall experience was outstanding including the quality of the property, the close proximity to the main thoroughfare and bars/restaurants. Additionally, the roof top terrace and washing facilities were much appreciated.. Particular praise must be given to the cleaning lady who was very friendly and helped translate any requests we had on her phone.

The check in procedure was completely automated and rather difficult to navigate, written in Spanish. Fortunately a representative of the suites was on hand to help translate. I found the outer door open on a few occasions, although not a security threat, a notice asking guests to close the door would be helpful.

It’s an amazing place to stay — very cozy and comfortable in every corner. Even the sofa is probably the most comfortable I’ve ever tried. The staff and the service in general are top-level. The location is very good. Highly recommended.

It might be noisy from the street early in the morning because of garbage collection trucks and people leaving the bars, but it didn’t stop us from staying there for one more week.

Location right in the heart of Las Palmas. Local feel on rather very touristy island.

The property was neat and tidy, but a little personal touch was missing. Almost too sterile for the character of Islas Canarias.

Tout était super. L’endroit, le confort et l’espace dans l’appartement très agréable, très bien équipé et super bien placé. La terrasse de toiture est exceptionnelle.

L’absence d’humain …mais je crains que cela soit le cas pratiquement partout désormais.
