Very impressive system. Huge apartments but excellent use of space! Very clean and minimalist but you had everything you needed. Lovely help as well!

No pool or hot tub on the terrace. But this was not a deal breaker for us. The divider between apartments in the balconies is not effective. You can hear all the sounds in the morning of the trucks and people outside.

Its in the middle of the Triana district with lots of bars, restaurants and shops in the immediate area. The main bus station for the island is 5 minutes walk away and the historic and museam area of Vagueta 10 minutes walk away. The apartments is a beautiful conversion from an older building with large rooms and a well equipped kitchen area. The support was excellent with an office a few minutes walk away - I had a problem with the shower which was fixed in a few hours.

Its noisy outside despite the doule glazing because of several bars and lots of people eating and drinking at tables in the street but quiet after midnight and kept well cleaned. They provide you with earplugs and blindfold. Getting the key to the apartment is through a machine once you have used the code to get through the front door and this takes a long time keying in lots of data such as passport information.

Very comfortable, clean and convenient apartment in the historic district. Easy electronic check-in and good comms from agency. Recommended.

The concept of the accommodation (hybrid between hotel and holiday home) is excellent implemented. The size of the apartment was amazing. The equipment was very good. There is also a self-use laundry with washing machine and dryer. Even detergent was provide for free.

Fantastic apartments located right in the heart of the city.
