Water cooler isn’t working, asked for toilet paper, didn’t get it, WiFi not working at all plus no phone at the room to communicate with the receptionist, and the most irritating thing when we checked out, the employee at the lobby asked him to wait until they check out the two rooms I wonder why exactly!😔

Staff were friendly & helpful. The room wasn't to my expectation for a deluxe room. Enjoyed the view of the pyramids. Phone to reception wasn't working, fridge didn't work wifi connection slow. Was happy to experience the shower worked with varible temperature. This hotel is more for low cost, no fuss just standard. The food was ok. Would I stay here again very last resort. I would choose another hotel.

Horrible. Floor was flooded from AC leaking. Front desk said sorry cannot change room will fix the next day. Had to turn off AC as not to flood the room. It was a fast drip from the wall next door to the bed and water was pooling all the way to the bathroom. Almost slipped and fell when first walked in not knowing floor was wet. Luckily one window could open but it was extremely noisy and too warm to be comfortable. Could not sleep. We left the next day.

Worst hotel I have ever booked in my lifetime. I booked this hotel at Agoda and received a confirmation message from Agoda for 2 nights with breakfast for 4 but after we had breakfast on the first day they asked to charge for the breakfast and they refused to let us have breakfast for the 2nd day, and they claimed that is Agoda mistake and the price not including breakfast, I sent an official complaint to Agoda to take action against these cheaters and scamsters. I stayed in room 306, The shower/toilet was not nice, the Shower treat leaked, the staff didn't change the towels daily, the room wasn’t cleaned daily, and no fresh towels, soap, or toilet rolls when they were. It's not a cheap hotel trying their best to accommodate their customers, something else is going on here. They are not even trying to be nice. The hotel isn't even close to what some of the reviews are saying. Three Stars is on the generous side, but two stars is fair, It is a run-down hotel with mediocre breakfast. My experience is unfortunately the worst. The view of the pyramids, Pharaonic Statues & Poster on the wall are the best things at this hotel, especially from the rooftop.

The staff was extremely friendly. The restaurant on top of the building was an amazing view of the grand pyramids with delicious food! There is also a great seafood restaurant a block over and a local gas station with bazars close by.

Walking distance to the pyramids. Nice staff. But the room (especially the bathroom) and the breakfast was to simple.... It's a place to stay a single night (just to visit the Pyramids and leave). There's nothing else to do around the hotel.

Let me first describe the drawbacks. The room facilities are very poor. There is no chair or table in the room, and the bed is really uncomfortable. You won't find a plug point converter at the reception, and they don't refill tea, coffee, or sugar sachets for two days. Furthermore, the restaurant food is not very tasty, though it's passable. Amidst all these negative aspects, I still tend to give it 4 stars due to the unmatched view from the hotel. You'd get the same view for 10 times the price at the Marriott, but why do so when you have Turquoise? The reception and crew were reasonable, and they even provided an iron for clothes when we inquired. We prepaid through an online booking platform and had no issues with payments. We got a panoramic view room, but they also have rooms with bathtubs available. So if you're searching for one of the best early morning views on a budget, this is the place. And even if you're not on a budget, this hotel is worth at least one night for its unparalleled view.

Great location in front of the pyramids & entrance to the archaeological site with only 10 minutes walk. Excellent staff and customer service. Our room has an outdoor tub that we used to relax after our walks. Definitely recommend & will return again. Thank you
