Hotel Ysuri Bucerias

Fantastic hotel. Small beach front a bit rocky. Hotel is about 2-3 km away from “golden zone / zona dorado” of Bucerias. Quiet in a boutique atmosphere. It has the most comfortable beds! Great Breakfast if booked with room. After hours (8p-7a) is a bit stressed with a night watchman who only speaks Spanish. It would be helpful to have a preprinted instruction aheet with internet passwords etc. Hotel is built on a hillside with stone walkways and stairs. No elevators but staff will help. It is just not ADA friendly for those that need these accommodations. Gorgeous view and close to northern portion of Banderas Bay. I would definitely stay here again.

This place is a hidden gem! What a beautiful, clean, private and quaint hotel. Can’t beat the price and views!

It was a wonderful stay! It did exceed our expectations. Beautiful views. Very comfortable. The staff was incredible and friendly. The food was superb! Will definitely come back🥰

Las instalaciones muy bien! Fuimos dos parejas y disfrutamos mucho de todo. La comida, la alberca, pero sobre todo el servicio!!! Me encantaría que fuera sólo adultos.

Property is well kept the staff is very profesional and friendly. The room we stayed in was very nice and roomy, clean, and the bed was very comfortable. We had a nice ocean view with a more private and small pool just steps from our room where you can enjoy the view and relax. Unfortunately we only stayed 2 nights but we will definitely be back. The main pool area is very nice and cozy the food from the restaurant is very tasty with a fantastic and very enthusiastic crew. Special Thanks to the manager Lorena H. she made us feel right at home as soon as we got there.

If your plan is come to relax this is the place, atmosphere is amazing only bad part is that internet has a very bad connection, so even watching tv was hard

I’d like the restaurant, the pool and my mattress and the linens and the bed pillows were of impeccable quality probably the nicest I’ve ever experienced at a hotel

The front gate it was hard open Internet strength was a little weak

No staff after 6 pm and no phone or room service no way to get towels for pool for showering 2 towels for 4 people no internet password in the room

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The manager of the hotel, Lorena was so great. The owner of the Ysuri brand welcomed us with open arms and gave great recommendations in the area. The service from Pepe all day and night was exceptional. We found the room very comfortable with great air conditioning and a very comfortable bed. Super nice. The pool was also lovely.

The location is a little too far to walk into Bucerias. The beach is not great but we really did not care.
