Ambience of the hotel is really welcoming. Service from the staff is good. Enjoyed stay to the fullest. Worth the price. Would come back here next time.

The breakfast did not offer too many choices. But it was satisfying. They also offered us a complimentary drop to the helipad. I have stayed in many hotels but for the first time I found a smart TV in the room. I could use this to project from my smart phone and watch on the big screen.

The restaurant staff should learn to smile more. All of them are dour faced. A smiling face goes that much more towards the customer feeling welcome. The other staff, on the other hand, were smiling. We stayed for 2 days. On the second day, when we went for breakfast, the restaurant staff informed me that the breakfast was chargeable. When I told him that I had booked the room for two days, he checked with the reception, and then told us that the breakfast is complimentary. Entirely avoidable. Obviously there is miscommunication.

Honestly liked the chauffer who dropped us yatra point. Reception staff is very rude.

Reception staff was very rude not recommended to have such staff for Sarover brand.
